To connect the NAKANISHI HES510 or HES810 Motor Spindle to the E3000 Controller, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power to both the motor spindle and the controller is turned off before connecting them.
2. Take the motor cord (EMCD-810-4M) and connect one end to the motor spindle. The motor cord has an emergency connector that will disconnect in case the machine spindle rotates accidentally, minimizing damage to both the machine and controller.
3. Connect the other end of the motor cord to the E3000 Controller. Make sure to match the connectors properly.
4. Once the motor spindle and controller are connected, you can turn on the power to both devices.
