How do I connect the NAKANISHI Motor Spindle to the E3000 Controller?

I have purchased the NAKANISHI HES510 or HES810 Motor Spindle and the E3000 Controller. I am not sure how to connect them together. Can you provide instructions on how to properly connect the motor spindle to the controller?
