How to upgrade the firmware of my iOptron HEM27EC mount using the iOptron Upgrade Utility program?
I am trying to upgrade the firmware of my iOptron HEM27EC mount using the iOptron Upgrade Utility program. However, when I try to connect the mount to my computer, the COM port cannot be opened. What could be the possible reasons for this issue?
