How do I properly match and connect the wires?

I have purchased the MeTra 120 70-7554 Receiver Wiring Adaptor, but I am unsure how to connect it to my receiver. The wire colors of the adaptor do not match the wire colors of my receiver. How do I properly match and connect the wires?
