Why is the call control not working with my ShoreTel softphone even though I followed the post installation steps?
I have installed the Jabra Evolve2 65 USB-C UC Mono Black headset and followed the post installation steps provided by Jabra Direct. However, I am unable to use call control features with my ShoreTel softphone. What could be the reason for this issue?
