How do I synchronize the remote sensor with the base station?

I just purchased the ThermoPro TP-62 Wireless Indoor/Outdoor Humidity Temperature Monitor and I'm not sure how to synchronize the remote sensor with the base station. Can you provide step-by-step instructions?
