Why is my Kwikset lock not unlocking?
I have installed the Kwikset 99590-002 Touch Wi-Fi Fingerprint Security lock, but it is not unlocking when I try to use it. I have enrolled my fingerprint and followed the instructions, but the lock is not responding. What could be the issue?
