Why is the call control not working with my ShoreTel softphone even though I followed the of installation steps?
I have installed the Jabra Evolve 20SE UC Mono Headset and followed the instructions provided by Jabra Direct for setting up call control with my ShoreTel softphone. However, I am unable to use call control features with the softphone. What could be the issue?
