Why is the call control not working with my ShoreTel softphone even though I followed the post-installation steps
I have installed the Jabra UC Voice 750 Duo Dark Headset and followed the post-installation steps provided by Jabra Direct. However, I am unable to use call control with my ShoreTel softphone. I have checked the compatibility of my softphone and it is listed as compatible. What could be the issue?
