Why is the call control not working with my ShoreTel softphone even though I followed the post-installation steps
I have installed the Jabra Biz 2300 USB MS Mono USB Type-A Headset and followed the instructions provided by Jabra Direct. However, when I try to use the call control features with my ShoreTel softphone, it does not work. I have checked the installation and configuration, but I am still facing this issue. Can you help me troubleshoot this problem?
