Why is call control not working with my ShoreTel softphone even though I followed post-installation steps of Jabra?
I have installed the Jabra UC Voice 750 MS Mono Dark Lync Optimized Corded Headset and followed the post-installation steps provided by Jabra Direct. However, I am unable to use call control features with my ShoreTel softphone. I have checked the compatibility of my softphone, and it should be supported. What could be the issue?
