Why is the call control not working with my softphone even though I followed the post-installation steps of Jabra?
I have installed the Jabra Speak 810 MS Wireless HD Conference Speakerphone and followed the post-installation steps provided by Jabra Direct. However, I am unable to use call control with my ShoreTel softphone. I have checked the installation and configuration, but the call control still does not work. What could be the issue?
