Why is the call control not working with ShoreTel softphone though I followed the post-installation steps of Jabra
I have recently purchased the Jabra Evolve2 75 USB-A MS Teams Beige headset and I am trying to use it with my ShoreTel softphone. I have followed the instructions provided by Jabra Direct for post-installation steps, but I am unable to control calls using the headset. What could be the issue?
