Why is call control not working with my ShoreTel softphone even though I followed the steps of Jabra Direct?
I have a Jabra Biz 2400 Wired Headset and I have followed the post-installation steps of Jabra Direct for my ShoreTel softphone. However, I am unable to use call control features with my softphone. What could be the issue?
