How do I connect my phone to my Kospet M1 smartwatch?

I just purchased a Kospet M1 smartwatch and I'm having trouble connecting it to my phone. I have Bluetooth turned on both on my phone and the smartwatch, but I'm not sure how to proceed with the connection. Can you provide step-by-step instructions?
