How do I pair the ATOTO AC-44F5 remote with my ATOTO head unit?

I recently purchased the ATOTO AC-44F5 Watchband Style Wireless Remote Control for my ATOTO multimedia head unit. However, I'm not sure how to pair the remote with my head unit. Can you provide step-by-step instructions on how to do this?
