How do I turn on the Care Bears 22055 Interactive Bear?

I just purchased the Care Bears 22055 Interactive Bear and I'm not sure how to turn it on. The manual mentions a power button, but I can't seem to find it. Can you please provide instructions on how to turn on the bear?
