Why won't my camera connect to Wi-Fi?

I have followed the instructions in the user manual to connect my UBOX Camera to Wi-Fi, but it is not connecting. The camera indicator light is in the slow red light state, and I have confirmed that the Wi-Fi password is correct. What could be the issue?
