How do I connect my AGPTEK LW11 Smartwatch to my phone?

I just purchased the AGPTEK LW11 Smartwatch and I'm having trouble connecting it to my phone. I've downloaded the FitCloudPro app, but I'm not sure how to proceed with the connection process. Can you provide step-by-step instructions?
