Why is my Hoover Power Scrub Carpet Cleaner not picking up water?
I have been using my Hoover Power Scrub Carpet Cleaner, but it doesn't seem to be picking up any water from the carpet. I have followed all the instructions and made sure the tanks are properly attached. What could be the problem?
