Honeywell RTH9600WF won't register online. Just sits there and spins.
I installed a new Honeywell RTH9600WF and installed it. it connected to my wifi great and no issues. So then I go to the website and created an account. I clicked on add device and put in my mac number and my crc number and selected my dvice from the drop down menu. I clicked submit and it just sits there. After an hour I gave up. Any suggestions?
