How do I pair the Touch Two C5 earbuds with my phone?

I just purchased the Touch Two C5 wireless earbuds and I'm having trouble pairing them with my phone. I followed the instructions in the manual, but the earbuds are not showing up in my phone's Bluetooth settings. What should I do?
