The Q-TRAN Micro 5 Series Mini LED Fixture can be mounted using various methods. Here are the different mounting options and their corresponding instructions:
1. xxxx Mounting: Use the provided stainless steel clips (SST-08) and screws to mount the fixture. The number of clips provided depends on the length of the fixture. For fixtures that are 4 feet or less, use 2 clips. For fixtures longer than 4 feet, use 4 clips.
2. Millwork Mounting - SST Clip: If you are mounting the fixture on millwork, you can use the SST clips. Follow the instructions provided in the manual for millwork mounting using the SST clips.
3. 832 Silicone Mounting: Apply 832 Silicone in a well-ventilated area. This silicone is sold with a caulking gun. However, it should not be used in any submersible applications. Follow the instructions provided in the manual for silicone mounting.
4. VHB Mounting: VHB (Very High Bond) mounting is another option. Follow the instructions provided in the manual for VHB mounting.
5. Magnet Mounting: If you prefer magnet mounting, use the #6 flat head screws to mount the screws into the magnet bracket through the drilled holes. Adjust the magnet location by applying rubber stoppers. Connect the assembled fixture to the magnet bracket, ensuring it matches the section view in the manual. Note that the magnet clips should be offset to the flat heads used to secure the bracket to maximize the magnetic connection.
6. Millwork Mounting - Magnet: If you are mounting the fixture on millwork with magnets, adhesive must be used to complete the installation. Follow the instructions provided in the manual for millwork mounting using magnets.
