To properly install and use the GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL 298721 Trailer Stabilizing stand, please follow these steps:
1. Secure and chock the wheel of the trailer to prevent any movement.
2. Place the stabilizing stand in the center of the trailer, ensuring it is positioned correctly.
3. Place a light weight on the foot stand of the stabilizing stand to provide stability during the installation process.
4. Rotate the handle of the stabilizing stand counter clockwise to disengage the pin and allow the stand height to change.
5. Allow the stand to rise to the height of the trailer.
6. Once the stand is at the desired height, replace the pin in the nearest hole to secure the stand in place. This will stabilize the trailer.
7. To remove the stabilizing stand, remove the pin and press down on the foot stand to lower the stand.
8. Once the stand is fully lowered, replace the pin to secure it in the lowered position.
9. Finally, pull and roll the stabilizing stand out of the way before moving the trailer.
Please note that the maximum capacity of the GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL 298721 Trailer Stabilizing stand is 100,000 lbs. It is important not to overload the stand beyond this weight limit to ensure safe usage.
