To install the ACCORD LIGHTING 5048 Ceiling Lamp, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the electrical power is turned OFF before and during installation or maintenance. It is recommended to have the luminaire installed by a qualified electrician, in accordance with all applicable local codes.
2. Make sure that the rated luminaire voltage requirements are compatible with the available mains supply in which it will be installed.
3. The lamp comes with all the LEDs included. Avoid touching the LED surface with bare hands as this may reduce the life of the LEDs.
4. Do not alter, relocate, or remove any electrical component.
5. Line: Ceiling mounted. Family: Ceiling. Description: Miter joint Accord Ceiling mounted 5048. Material: Natural Wood Veneer MDF and Acrylic. Weight: [weight not provided in the manual].
6. Making Electrical Connections:
a. Align and mark the positions of the holes on the ceiling using the LED base as a drilling template.
b. Make the holes with an 8mm drill and install the provided plastic bushing.
c. Insert the electrical cable through the metal canopy and crossbar.
d. Connect the electrical supply wires to the junction box according to applicable local codes, as shown in the diagram.
e. After making the electrical connections, place any excess wire inside the junction box.
7. Mounting on the Fixture:
a. Attach the support base to the ceiling using the supplied screws into the installed plastic wall plugs.
b. Attach the Luminaire using the locking screws supplied.
c. Turn ON the electrical power.
d. Your luminaire is now ready for use.
8. Dimmer Compatibility:
The LED driver included with this fixture is designed to operate with most standard dimmers. Follow all power ratings and installation instructions from the dimmer manufacturer's instruction sheets.
