To install the Wind Round Ceiling Fan with DC Motor, please follow these steps:
1. Prepare for installation by ensuring that the location where you will hang the fan has a clearance of 2.3 meters from the ground and 76 cm from any walls or obstructions.
2. Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling structure using wood screws and washers for wooden ceilings, or expansion screws for concrete ceilings. Make sure the mounting bracket can support the full weight of the fan.
3. If you wish to extend the hanging length of the fan, remove the hanging ball from the download provided and slide it down the longer downrod. Insert the stop pin into the top of the extended downrod and raise the hanging ball.
4. Loosen the set screws and washer on top of the motor housing. Insert the rosette through the bar and pass the cables through the bar. Tighten the set screws and washers.
5. Lower the rosette onto the motor housing.
6. Connect the receiver wires to the fan motor wires following the color indications. Ensure a firm connection.
7. Place the canopy assembly onto the mounting bracket and secure it with screws.
8. Pass the rod through the mounting bracket opening and let the ball rest on the mounting bracket. Rotate the ball coupling until it lines up with the tab on the mounting bracket.
9. Align the holes in the fan blade holder with the holes in the fan blades and motor body. xxxx them into place, but do not tighten until all blades are in place.
10. Check the correct operation of the ceiling fan, ensuring there are no strange movements or misalignments. Adjust the blades if necessary using the shooting kit provided.
11. Assemble the connections panel by hooking it to the bottom of the fan and securing it with screws.
12. If your ceiling fan has an LED light, connect the single-pin plugs on the backplane with those on the LED panel. Attach the LED panel to the patch panel by snapping them together.
13. xxxx the lampshade back onto the connection plate.
