To install the Wind Fold Ceiling Fan with DC Motor, please follow these steps:
1. Prepare for installation by ensuring that the location where you will hang the fan has a clearance of 2.3 meters from the ground and 76 cm from any walls or obstructions.
2. Securely attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling joints using wood screws and washers for wooden ceilings, or expansion screws for concrete ceilings. Avoid fixing the bracket directly on ceilings with a thickness less than 10mm.
3. Assemble and hang the fan by loosening the set screws and washer on top of the motor housing. Insert the rosette through the bar and pass the cables through the bar. Place the bar inside the motor housing and tighten the set screws and washers. Lower the rosette onto the motor housing.
4. Connect the receiver wires to the fan motor wires following the color indications. Ensure a firm connection.
5. Raise the rosette up to the mounting bracket and align the screws in the mounting bracket with the holes in the rosette. Rotate the fin to adjust. Reinsert the screws and secure with a screwdriver.
6. Hold the fan firmly with both hands and pass the rod through the mounting bracket opening. Let the ball rest on the mounting bracket and rotate the ball coupling until it lines up with the tab on the mounting bracket.
7. Attach the fan blades by aligning the holes in the fan blade holder with the holes in the fan blades and motor body. xxxx them into place, but do not tighten until all blades are attached.
8. Lock the fan blades to the iron plate A with screws, and then fasten the iron plate B to the motor with screws. Install all blades before tightening.
9. Hook the connection plate to the bottom of the fan by inserting the xxxx heads into the designated holes. xxxx in the screws and secure.
10. If your ceiling fan has an LED light, connect the single-pin plugs on the backplane with those on the LED panel. The LED panel is magnetized and will attach to the patch panel by snapping them together. xxxx the lampshade back onto the connection plate.
