1. Open the TRBONET Dispatch Console.
2. Select the Location Tracking tab in the left pane.
3. On the Map toolbar in the right pane, click the drawing tool (e.g., for polygonal regions, click the polygon icon).
4. Left-click on the map to create the polygonal region or other types of regions (circular regions or routes).
5. Once finished drawing the region, click the Save link.
6. In the Object on Map dialog box that opens, specify parameters such as name, ID, description, color, fill region area, transparency, and logical groups for the region.
7. Click OK to save the region.
To specify region-based geofencing rules:
1. Click Administration, Tasks, and then double-click Geofencing in the Tasks pane.
2. In the Geofencing configuration, you can add, disable, delete, or edit rules.
3. To add a rule, click the Add Rule button and select the appropriate rule type (Map Region, Beacons, Radios, Lone Worker).
4. Configure the rule parameters such as name, description, schedule, trigger conditions (e.g., entering or leaving a region), and actions to execute when the rule is triggered (e.g., activate alarm mode, send text message).
5. Specify the regions, radios, or other entities to apply the rule to.
6. Save the rule.
These steps should help you draw map regions and specify region-based geofencing rules in TRBONET Enterprise/PLUS. For more detailed instructions and additional rule types, refer to the TRBONET Enterprise/PLUS Geofencing User Guide.
