To assemble the MEMPHIS VG0895 PRO Cart ITC3 grill, follow these steps:
1. Remove the shelves, hardware kit, Savorizer, and grate kit from the grill. The shelves are located in boxes underneath the grill, while the Savorizer and grate kit are in the grill hood. Cut the zip ties holding the Savorizer in place and remove all laser film on the grill using WD40 or olive oil.
2. Insert the Burnpot assembly into the slot inside the grill at the bottom of the pellet chute.
3. Replace the Savorizer and place three large grates on the lower level and the long grate on the upper level.
4. Remove the Direct Flame Insert and Genie Tool from the right side shelf.
5. Install two shelf bolts into the right side of the grill, leaving approximately 1/4" of the bolts sticking out. Slide the shelf onto the bolts and press down to secure it into the keyway. Install the remaining three shelf bolts and tighten them using a 3/8" wrench or adjustable wrench. Repeat this step for the left side of the grill.
6. Remove two 5mm socket head screws from the Display Housing shipping bracket using a 5mm allen wrench. Snip the zip tie that secures the Display Housing to the shipping bracket and remove the shipping bracket. Dispose of the short screws and shipping bracket.
7. Mount the Display Housing perpendicular to the side panel over the Display Insert bracket using the two 5mm x 50mm socket head screws in the hardware kit.
8. Attach the included antenna to the grill by twisting it in a clockwise motion.
9. Attach the cord wrap using the included screws from the hardware kit.
