To install the Paclights RKTN-22D30 RKTN Series LED Troffer Retrofit, please follow the steps outlined in the installation guide provided. Here is a summary of the installation process:
1. Ensure that the power is turned off before installing or maintaining the fixture.
2. Make sure to properly ground the fixture for safety.
3. Avoid exposing wiring to sharp objects to prevent damage or abrasion.
4. If using the optional PIR/daylight sensor, remove the sensor cover and attach the sensor connector to the fixture.
5. To reset or decommission the fixture from a network zone, long press the reset button located on the Bluetooth driver on top of the fixture panel.
6. Connect the ACL and ACN from the RKTN fixture to the conduit with the AC power supply cable, following the provided wiring diagram.
7. If mounting onto a T-grid, shut off power to the existing fixture and remove components such as lamps, ballast cover, brackets, and wiring, leaving supply and grounding leads.
8. Install LED panel end brackets to each end of the existing housing and fasten them with screws.
9. If needed, install side brackets to fill any gap between the fixture and T-grid.
10. Align the RKTN fixture hinges into the keyholes/slots of the end brackets and slide into place.
11. Hook the safety cables into the existing housing and attach the power supply wires according to the wiring diagram.
12. Rotate the RKTN fixture on its hinge up towards the end brackets and T-grid.
13. Rotate both locking latches upwards into the slots of the end brackets.
