To install the SALTO XS4 Mullion Wall Reader, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have the necessary tools and equipment for installation, including a power supply, cables, and mounting hardware.
2. Identify a suitable location for the wall reader, such as a narrow profile frame on a lift, sliding door, or electric gate door.
3. Make sure there is sufficient space to install the wall reader. The SALTO XS4 Mullion Wall Reader is designed for flush mounting in narrow profile frames where a standard wall reader cannot fit.
4. Connect the wall reader to a SALTO controller. The wall reader works in conjunction with SALTO controllers to provide access control functionality.
5. Take note of the electrical characteristics and operation conditions specified in the installation guide. Ensure that the temperature, humidity, and RF characteristics are within the specified ranges.
