It is important to keep your soil evenly moist but not soaking wet. Overly wet soils can cause disease and problems such as damping off. Check your seedlings every day and water as needed. Use a mister wand head or a spray bottle, or water from the bottom to avoid disturbing the seeds and young roots. The drain tray should never have standing water higher than the tray ridges. Monitor the moisture level of the soil and adjust your watering frequency accordingly.
