To set the thermostat on the Comfort Zone CZ499R Series Oscillating Ceramic Heater, follow these steps:
1. Press the MODE button on the control panel or remote control until you enter the ADJUSTABLE HEAT MODE (THERMOSTAT) mode. The LCD screen will display the current room temperature.
2. Use the TEMP "+" and TEMP "-" buttons on the control panel or remote control to set the desired room temperature. Press the "+" button to increase the temperature and the "-" button to decrease it.
3. The heater will automatically turn on when the room temperature drops 1 degree below the set temperature, and it will shut off when the room temperature reaches 3 degrees above the set temperature.
Note: The heater may cycle on and off as it maintains the set temperature.
