To connect your phone to the Polaroid Hi-Print pocket photo printer, please follow these steps:
1. Make sure the printer is charged using the provided micro USB cable.
2. Download the free Polaroid Hi-Print mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
3. Open the cartridge door on the side of the printer.
4. Insert a Polaroid Hi-Print 2x3 Paper Cartridge and close the cartridge door.
5. Turn on the printer by pressing down the ON OFF button for 1 second. The Bluetooth LED will blink blue, indicating that it's ready to be paired.
6. On your phone, go to the Bluetooth settings and turn Bluetooth on.
7. Look for the Polaroid Hi-Print pocket photo printer in the list of available devices and select it. You can find the unique device ID on the inside of the cartridge door.
8. Once the printer is paired with your phone, the Bluetooth LED will stop blinking.
9. Open the Polaroid Hi-Print app on your phone and follow the instructions to print your first photo.
If you encounter any issues during the pairing process, make sure the printer is fully charged and try pressing the reset button located next to the charging port. Use a fine and sharp object, like a safety pin, to depress and reset the device. For further assistance, please refer to the user guide or contact our customer service team.
