To cut the TP-Link KL430 Multicolor Kasa Smart Light Strip to the desired length, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the light strip from the power source.
2. Locate the cutting lines on the light strip. These lines indicate where it is safe to cut.
3. Using a pair of scissors or a sharp knife, cut along the cutting lines to remove the excess length.
4. Make sure to cut only along the designated cutting lines and avoid cutting anywhere else on the light strip.
5. After cutting, ensure that the exposed ends of the light strip are not damaged or frayed.
6. Plug the light strip back into the power source and test to ensure it is functioning properly.
Please note that cutting the light strip outside of the designated cutting lines may damage the strip and void the warranty. It is recommended to only cut the light strip if necessary and to exercise caution while doing so.
