To configure the D-Link COVR-1100 Wireless Mesh Router using the D-Link Wi-Fi app, follow these steps:
1. Connect the COVR-1100 router to your ISP line using the Internet port on the back of the device.
2. Connect your mobile phone to the wireless network of the COVR-1100 router.
3. Launch the D-Link Wi-Fi app on your mobile phone.
4. Click on "Set up New Network" in the app.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions by clicking "Next" twice.
6. If you receive a message asking you to reconnect to the wireless network of the router, do so.
7. On the next screen, you will have the option to change the wireless name and password of the router. If you choose to change it, you will need to reconnect to the new network name.
8. Set the admin password for the router on the following screen.
9. If you want to connect additional COVR-1100 devices to the main point, connect the slave device to the master COVR point using an Ethernet cable from LAN to LAN port.
10. Wait for the LED on the slave device to turn white, indicating a successful connection.
11. Once the LED is white, you can remove the Ethernet cable and place the slave device in a location where it can receive a wireless signal from the main COVR point.
