To install and configure the Cisco Nexus Insights Cloud Connector Application, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that you have the necessary hardware and software requirements for the application.
2. Download the Cisco Nexus Insights Cloud Connector Application from the Cisco website.
3. Install the application on your system following the installation guide provided.
4. Once the application is installed, open it and navigate to the settings menu.
5. In the settings menu, choose the fabric containing the pod you want visible to the Cisco Nexus Insights Cloud Connector Application.
6. Check the Device Connector status to ensure that it is connected to the Cisco Intersight Cloud. If it is not connected, follow the instructions to configure the Intersight Device Connector.
7. Configure the smart licensing on Cisco DCNM using the Cisco Smart Software Manager or Cisco Smart Licensing Satellite. You can also configure an HTTP proxy if required.
8. Enable the Device Connector and set the access mode to "Allow Control" to enable full read/write operations.
9. Configure the proxy settings if necessary.
10. Save the settings and start using the Cisco Nexus Insights Cloud Connector Application to monitor and manage your network devices.
