To install the Viessmann 7835343 Instantaneous Heating Water Heater, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the power supply to the system is isolated before starting the installation.
2. Drain the system and remove the front panels of the heat pump.
3. Bundle the cables below the instantaneous heating water heater to prevent them from touching the base plate.
4. Prepare for installation by ensuring that the O-ring and flat gasket are seated correctly.
5. Install the instantaneous heating water heater, making sure that the O-ring and flat gasket are properly seated.
6. After installation, fill the heating system completely with water and vent it to ensure proper operation.
7. Check for any leaks in the system.
8. Carry out a function check to verify that the heating output of the instantaneous heating water heater is available and that the high limit safety cut-out responds.
9. Close the heat pump in reverse order.
Please note that installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repairs should only be carried out by a competent person, such as a heating engineer or installation contractor. It is also important to use original spare parts supplied or approved by Viessmann for any replacements.
