To connect the IDea BASSO36-A subwoofer to your audio system, follow these steps:
1. Power Connection: Use the provided PowerCON 32A Mains connectors to connect the subwoofer to a power source. Ensure that the power source meets the required specifications.
2. Audio Signal Connection: Connect your audio source to the subwoofer using XLR balanced audio signal connectors. Use XLR cables to connect the audio output of your source device (such as a mixer or amplifier) to the input connectors on the subwoofer.
3. Preset Selection: The subwoofer comes with four preloaded presets. To select a preset, locate the press-button PRESET SELECT on the back control panel. Toggle the button to cycle through the presets. The active preset will be indicated by the active LED above its number.
4. Adjustments: If necessary, you can make further adjustments using the integrated DSP board. The DSP board allows for quick and precise adjustments with advanced limiters and FIR filters. Refer to the user guide for detailed instructions on accessing and adjusting the DSP settings.
