To connect your speakers to the ROTEL Michi S5 Stereo Amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the amplifier is turned off and unplugged from the power source.
2. Identify the speaker outputs on the back of the amplifier. They are labeled as "Speaker Outputs" and are usually color-coded (red for positive and black for negative).
3. Prepare your speaker wires by stripping off a small portion of insulation from the ends.
4. Insert the bare wire ends into the corresponding speaker output terminals. The positive wire should be connected to the red terminal, and the negative wire should be connected to the black terminal.
5. Tighten the terminals by turning the thumbscrews clockwise until the wires are securely held in place. Make sure there are no loose strands of wire that could touch adjacent wires or connectors.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the other speaker.
7. Double-check all connections to ensure they are secure and there are no loose wires.
8. Once all connections are made, plug the amplifier back into the power source and turn it on.
