To change the screwdriver bit on the Hammersmith Multi Grip Universal Kit, follow these steps:
1. Pull on the bit adapter head until you feel it release from the anchorage.
2. Once released, the bit adapter head can be put in the T-shape position and turned over.
3. Gently push the head back into the anchorage to fix it in the T-shape position.
