To charge the FLINQ Fit Chrono Smart Watch, please follow these steps:
1. Use the charging stand provided with the product.
2. Connect the charging stand to a USB adapter (not included in the package).
3. Place the watch on the charging stand, aligning the charging contacts at the back of the watch with the contacts on the stand.
4. Make sure not to use a battery adapter with a voltage exceeding 5V and an output current exceeding 1A for charging, as it may cause charging failure or damage to the charging cable or equipment.
Please note that it is important to fully charge the battery before using the watch for the first time. Also, avoid charging the watch in conditions with water stains.
