To test the VOLT ASDL-2014-B-BZ AMP Solar Landscape Lighting fixture, follow these steps:
1. Press the ON/OFF switch located on the back of the fixture body.
2. Place the solar light on a non-abrasive surface with the solar panel facing down against the surface.
3. There will be a short delay for the fixture to light up. The fixture will light up when the solar panel is covered and turn off when it is uncovered.
4. If the fixture lights up and turns off as described, it means the fixture is in the ON mode and is functioning properly.
Please note that the fixture requires plenty of sunlight to function properly. It is recommended to have the fixture in an area where it receives sunlight throughout the day and where no ambient lighting will affect the photocell at night.
