To install the HAVIT Lightning HV1628T-BLK-240V-SQ Divad Bollard Light, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the electrical circuit is free of voltage by turning off the master switch.
2. Remove the baseplate from the fitting by removing the four allen screws on the side of the fitting and set it aside.
3. Install the baseplate in the desired location using appropriate screws for the application. The baseplate must be installed on either concrete or a concrete base and should not be installed underground.
4. Seal all holes in the baseplate, including the cable entry and xxxx holes.
5. Locate the IP rated junction box within the fitting. Undo the screws from the junction box and remove the cover.
6. Insert the cable through the cable gland on the junction box. If your cable is not circular, you must fix the entry of your cable to maintain the IP rating.
7. Connect the cable using wire with earth. Connect the earth wire first, then the live and neutral wires.
8. Reattach the cover to the IP rated junction box, ensuring that the screws are tight and the seals are still in place.
9. Affix the bollard to the baseplate by reattaching the four allen screws removed earlier, making sure they are tight to reduce any movement in the bollard.
10. The color temperature is set to 3000K. To change it, remove the top from the fitting by loosening the allen screws on the side of the fitting. Select the desired color temperature by moving the switch located on the bottom of the top.
11. Attach the cover by tightening the allen screws, making sure the seals are still in place to avoid any water penetration.
12. Before switching back on the electric circuit, carefully inspect all connections.
