If you are not happy with your purchase of the TOTALCOOL TOTALFREEZE 55,45,35, you can return it within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. You will need to enclose a copy of your purchase receipt/invoice and provide a description of the reason for return. Once the unit is received by Totalcool Limited, they will inspect it and if satisfactory, a full refund will be offered, excluding any postage charges. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after the inspection. Please note that returns are not accepted at shows or exhibitions. For the returns address, please refer to your purchase invoice.
