To ensure the best results for your custom NFC leather key fob, please follow these instructions for preparing your artwork:
1. Place all artwork elements in the "Customer Artwork" parent layer: Make sure to organize your artwork elements within this layer to keep everything organized.
2. Do not modify the template: It is important not to make any modifications to the provided template. Use it as is for accurate printing.
3. Use vector graphics for all elements except images: Vector graphics ensure that your artwork remains sharp and clear when printed.
4. Use high-quality images of at least 300 dpi: If you include images in your artwork, make sure they have a resolution of at least 300 dpi to maintain clarity.
5. Embed images into the file: Instead of linking images, embed them into the file to avoid any issues with missing images during printing.
6. Lines should be 0.5 pt or thicker: Ensure that any lines in your artwork are at least 0.5 pt thick for optimal visibility.
7. Avoid adding a line or border around the artwork edge: Adding a line or border around the artwork edge may not produce the desired result, so it is best to avoid it.
8. Convert text to outlines (unless it's variable text): To prevent any font-related issues, convert your text to outlines, unless you are using variable text that needs to be editable.
9. Text should generally be 7 pt or higher: To ensure readability, make sure your text is at least 7 pt or higher in size.

12. Include PMS color codes if using: If you are using PMS colors, include the PMS color code in the layer name for accurate color reproduction.
13. Do not flatten layers before saving: Keep your layers intact when saving the file to allow for any necessary adjustments during the printing process.
14. Edit and save the file in CMYK color mode: Make sure your file is in CMYK color mode before saving to ensure accurate color representation.
15. Save the file in Adobe Illustrator format with PDF compatibility: Save your artwork as an Adobe Illustrator (.ai) file with "PDF Compatible" enabled for compatibility and ease of use.
Regarding printing lines:
- Bleed: Extend the background of your artwork (if applicable) to fill the bleed line to prevent a white border at the edge. Do not place any important artwork elements within this area.
- Trim: The trim area represents the physical product, and any artwork outside this area will be trimmed off during production.
- Safe: Keep all important artwork elements (text, logos, icons, etc.) within this area to ensure they are printed correctly. If there is a background artwork, it should extend to the bleed line.
