To enable the 160m and 60m bands on the RGO ONE transceiver with the optional 160/60m BPF board, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your RGO ONE transceiver has been factory built and aligned. If it is, it should already have the 160m low pass filter installed (the 40m low pass filter covers the 60m band), so no additional parts are needed.
2. Access the Service Menu by pushing and holding the ENC.1 button while switching on the radio. This will enable the BAND plan menu.
3. Once in the Service Menu, a long press of the MTR MNU button will enter the menu. You can navigate the menu using the encoder 3 or UP/DOWN buttons.
4. To select the band you want to change, use encoder 4 to choose the band number (01-11) and then hit encoder 3 button.
5. The lower limit frequency must be assigned. The default frequency will be shown first with "Lo" label in front. Pressing encoder 2 button will toggle the band ON and OFF. When switched to OFF, the band will not appear in normal operation.
6. Turn encoder 4 clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the desired upper band limit. Then hit encoder 3 button to fix the value. The upper band limit will appear on the LCD.
7. Pressing encoder 2 button again will toggle the band ON and OFF.
8. Assign the upper frequency limit in the same manner as the lower band limit.
9. Turn encoder 4 clockwise or counter-clockwise to set the upper frequency limit. Then hit encoder 3 button to finish. The LCD will show "Exit the menu by long press of MTR MNU button" to save the current parameters.
10. To exit the menu, perform a long press of the MTR MNU button again.
Note: If the 160/60m hardware option is not installed and band 01/03 is not set to OFF, the radio may not function properly.
