To install the microphone capsule on the LECTROSONICS DHu Series Digital Handheld Transmitter, follow these steps:
1. Make sure not to touch the contacts between the mic capsule and transmitter body. If necessary, clean the contacts with a cotton swab and alcohol.
2. The capsules are attached with a right-hand thread. To remove the windscreen from the mic capsule, line up the blue wrench (included with the capsule head) with the flat notches on the lower threaded area of the mic capsule.
3. To attach the capsule, align the threads on the capsule head with the threads on the transmitter body and twist it clockwise until it is securely attached.
4. Make sure the capsule is properly tightened, but avoid overtightening to prevent damage to the threads.
