To tare the wheelchair weight on the RICE LAKE 350-10-3 Dual Ramp Wheelchair Scale, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the scale is on a flat surface and the ramps are clear and accessible.
2. Place the empty wheelchair on the scale.
3. Press the Tare button on the scale. This will reset the scale to zero.
4. The display should read 0.00, indicating that the wheelchair weight has been tared.
5. Once the tare weight is set, you can now weigh the patient on the scale, and the display will show their weight without including the weight of the wheelchair.
