To assemble the PROMATIC Wobble Units Super Hawk clay target launcher, follow the steps outlined in the user manual:
1. Disassemble the trap from its base: Remove the trap from its pressed steel base plate, along with its rear support stay and existing fasteners.
2. Assemble the Rotation box to the trolley base: Attach the trolley axle to the front end of the rotation box using bolts and nuts. Fit brass washers and secure them in place with split pins. Attach the extension tube battery tray assembly to the rear end of the rotation box, followed by the trolley handle using the ground spike and clam-plate assembly.
3. Fit Trap mount & connect linkage to rotation wheel: Insert the trap mount's lower pin through the bearing in the rotation box and secure it with a circlip. Attach a threaded spigot to the trap mount and connect the short end of the linkage with a spring clip. Fit another threaded spigot into any of the holes of the rotating wheel and connect the other end of the linkage with a spring clip.
4. Mount the trap onto the base: Use a nylock nut and washer on the pivot points and tighten them until the trap can pivot freely on the base without resistance.
5. Rear support stay: If a rotation box only is fitted, the rear support stay should be fitted to the trap mount using the original bolt and washer. If an elevation box is to be fitted, the rear support stay should not be fitted.
6. Assemble the Elevation box and bracket (Where fitted): Insert a short M12 cup square bolt into the mounting hole in the side of the swivel bracket and fit a long hexagonal stud onto it. Attach the elevation box mounting bracket to the trap's right and left hand pivot points using M12 hex head bolts and washers. Secure the bracket to the trap frame using a long cup square bolt and an M8 nyloc nut.
7. Fit the Elevation box to the bracket: Remove the plastic plugs from the ends of the elevation box. Fit the elevation box to the bracket using M10 and M8 cup square bolts, nylon spacers, and Nyloc nuts. Ensure all nuts are fully tightened and replace the plastic end caps.
8. Connecting the electrical wiring: Remove the black end plug from the rotation box and connect the wiring from the elevation box into the rotation box. Connect the brown wire to the terminal with the brown wire and the green/yellow wire to the terminal with the green/yellow wire. Secure the wiring and replace the black end plug.
9. Motor wiring: If any motor wiring has been disconnected, reconnect it according to the instructions in the manual.
Please refer to the user manual for more detailed instructions and safety precautions.
